To avoid any dissatisfaction on your part , we strongly advise to read all descriptions of our products and, if needed , contact us prior the purchase in case you have any inquiries . We also advise you to check our size guide to make sure our sizes are meeting your measurements, you can fill your measurements in the product page, in case the standard ones don't fit you .
If you still having second thoughts about your product, you can easily return it or exchange it .
Simply access the “Exchange or Return Authorization” section on the website or directly through “My Account” if you have already registered on our site. To access the request form, simply enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Complete the online form with the information requested, including: the details of each item, the quantity of items that you would like to return and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) and stick the pre-paid RETURN label over the prior delivery information. Using the label provided will guarantee a refund in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
Contact GLS to arrange the pick-up of your package wherever you wish.
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by us.
If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all consequent costs will be the Client’s responsibility.
General conditions :
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition, with the tags and all other accessories included in the package.
- Please note, sale items can only be exchanged with another size or another item.
- Items that were made specially upon a customer design or request , can not be returned or refunded , however it can be modified in case it doesn’t meet the customer design .
- Please allow a maximum 14 days for your refund (usually between 3 to 7 working days). We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and checked and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Types of Returns and Refunds
- Size/Color Exchange - Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.
- Store Credit - As soon as the return has been processed, the Client will receive a code for the total value of the returned items, which may be used on future purchases. Store Credit:
- can be used one time only within 4 months of the return.
- is not cumulative with other Store Credits.
- must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit.
- CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS : the refund will be made on the same credit card use for the purchase; the necessary refund time depends on your bank, usually between 4 to 10 days.
- PAYPAL PAYMENTS: the refund will be visible on your PayPal account within 72 hours of receiving the email confirming the refund.
- BANK TRANSFER: the refund will be made through a bank transfer to a current account or postal account indicated by you; the time depends on your institution.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
